2 BR/1 Bath in Bryan, 0.5 miles from the Northgate area. My roommate will be moving in June so I’m looking for someone now to fill his vacancy when that time comes. Rent is a great deal at $250 a month for each tenant. Currently have Suddenlink internet that comes out to be $30 per roommate and utilities are typically $40 per roommate, just over $300 for everything included per month. Central air, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer and fire alarm also included. Spacious bedrooms. I’m a student in the health field, I prefer a full time student or full time worker as my roommate but you can still message me if these don’t apply to you.
