Hello, renting a large master bedroom in a 3 bedroom home.

I have owned the home for 16 years and I enjoy the Uptown neighborhood. Alvarado Park is within walking distance. Grocery stores close by Trader Joe’s, Smith’s, Walmart, Whole Foods, Target. Shopping center Coronado mall, Winrock town center mall. Uptown City transit Center etc., UNM area about 5 minutes away, easy access to I40 and I25. Airport 10minutes away. This is just to give you the idea of the neighborhood.

I am an employed professional, stable, and looking for same. I’m 35 years old male and looking for someone around my age (female or male) to make sure we have some things in common. No Drama.
