Eva's room

Lovely room in a single family house in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Morrisville. Room is equipped with a queen size bed, dresser, built in closet, small desk and chair. Shared bathroom with a tub, toilet and 2 sinks. Shared kitchen for light cooking. I keep my living quarters clean and expect the same from my housemates. Washer and dryer in the basement. Backyard adjacent to a public park with free basketball courts, tennis courts and trails. Stroll or bike along the Delaware river and/ Delaware Canal. Conveniently located with access to Route 1, I-95, Route 29 (with connections to I-195 and I-295) and Route 31. Minutes away from the Trenton train station with easy access to NYC (Amtrak, NJ Transit) and Philadelphia (Amtrak, Septa, Riverline). Morrisville has fine restaurants, is close to Yardley (15 mins drive), New Hope and Philly (about 35 to 40 mins drive) and the Jersey shore (about 50 mins drive).
