1 room for rent, preferably for a student. Non smoker, no pets, no children, no couples. Everything included $650, must be clean and mindful of shared areas. You’ll have access to everything in the house, kitchen, living room, backyard, laundry room.

It is just me and one other roommate. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with 1 other person. I have 2 dogs who are indoor/but mostly outdoor pets. House is kept very clean.
