Beautiful townhome in Southwest Champaign. You will have your own furnished very large room with lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. We would share common spaces. Townhome has a deck and a pool. Price includes internet, trash, water, electricity. Have washer and dryer.

I am a professional who works remotely. I am a U of I alumni. I keep to myself and would expect that of my roommate. I rarely have company and would prefer someone who doesn’t have overnight guests, for my comfort and safety. I have a malti-poo named Ace. My daughter lives full town out of state with her dad but will visit occasionally. Flexible room leasing available.
