Community comes with a very nice and well equipped gym, 2 pools, a jacuzzi, outdoor barbecue areas, beach volleyball court, dog park, pool and ping pong table, on site masseuse, valet trash service and more!

You get the Master bedroom and bath. As a result, you will end up paying a little more for rent but we will split utilities 50/50.

Apartment comes with required entertainment package (provides internet) that I have factored into rent ($140) and renters insurance ($15). Included in the entertainment package is a home security system that has been installed.

Safe and quite area, close to many restaurants and shops. Very convenient freeway access. Non-smoking community. 🚭

It’s just me! 🌈 ✨ 😊 Vaccinated. I’m friendly yet introverted and very creative. I usually have many art projects going on and you will probably see evidence of those around. 🎨

Generally, I like to keep things clean and organized. I have many fragrance sensitivities and use mostly natural cleaners that don’t have strong smells and will ask that you do the same.

We will set the house rules together and just so we’re on the same page from the start, romantic partners are only allowed 3 nights a week. (I don’t want any ‘accidental’ live-ins.) I will respect your stuff and ask you do the same for mine. I enjoy being very communicative and if an issue ever arises, prefer talking it out than letting it fester.
I’m a pretty flexible and easy going person, in most areas, but do have my boundaries. I expect rent to be paid on time and we will split the chores.

I moved to Vegas to pursue circus arts and eventually go back to school for graphic design/ animation. I’m in my late 20s and am looking for someone 25-33ish, so we can kind of be on the same page.
I would love it if we could be friends and go out together every once in awhile and chill together. I have a BA in Dance and love to get down!

The amount of rent and deposit displayed are the portion you will pay. You will pay half of the deposit to me (as I paid the full to the apt) and be put on the lease with me.
