Sugarhouse - Unfurnished, private room for rent. The room is on the main level. No pets, no smoking, this room is single occupancy only.

Shared space includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, upstairs bathroom (shared with one other tenant), laundry (downstairs).

Located two blocks from SugarHouse Park, two minutes from I-80, five to ten minutes from the U of U, a few blocks from Westminster, ten to fifteen minutes from the airport and downtown. There are numerous outdoor recreational areas in close proximity to enjoy year round. The neighborhood is quiet and has numerous supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby.

The Property has a nice indoor space, gas fireplace, air conditioning, kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, washer and dryer, small closets, security system, cable and wifi, large fenced back yard with a patio, all yard maintenance and snow removal on sidewalks and front walkway are included. The yard and exterior of the home will have work being done to it intermittently.

Lease: 6 months required, after that month-to-month. Background / credit check required ($ 45).

I live in the home. I’m a professional male. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful. I don’t smoke, drink excessively, and I don’t have pets. Most of my active life is spent outside the home. When I’m home, I like a clean, calm atmosphere and socializing with my roomies when we’re hanging out in common areas (you’re not required to be social). I accept people for who they are and I’m looking for another roomie who’s a good fit for this environment.

My other roomie is also a professional male who’s clean, quiet, and doesn’t drink or smoke.
