Our 2bed/2 private bath apartment is located a short walk to CSU campus and right next to Old Town. We are looking to transfer our Auguest 2022-July 2023 lease to 2+ people. For anyone interested we would cover the 200$ redecoration fee, the application fee $50 You will be paying for rent and electricity (around 35$ a month) and TV/Internet are included. We have a fitness center with a rock-wall, paid parking spots, grills on our terrace, a sauna, business/study rooms, and community rooms. Lots to explore in this beautiful apartment community that is pet friendly! The building is very secure and has many great amenities and a great staff to help with anything you might need.

Both my roommate and I will be leaving this 2bed/2 private bath apartment, so if you or a group are interested, the rent listed is the cheapest price you can get at The Uncommon for a 2Bed/2Bath for this leasing period (Aug 2022-July 2023).
