Peaceful place that inspires creativity. We love our location, the perfect balance of convenience & nature. Walkable to great food & coffee, as well as, parks, hikes, & a waterfall. Between Beacon & Poughkeepsie, 1.5 hours from the city.

1,100 sq ft w/ windows everywhere. You don’t need lights in any room until night!

Large living room w/ separate reading nook +dining room +separate kitchen. Original hardwood floors, open layout, great natural light. Private parking available -Magical outdoor space.

The private, sunny room is 100 sq ft w/ a closet, picturesque views. Great sound privacy. We can’t hear eachother. Working from home is fine. Music is fine!

• The room can be furnished or not (up to you). You can move in anytime this month.

We’re usually doing our own thing but we’re often down to watch a movie, play a board game, go on a hike or share a meal.

ABOUT YOU: Someone easy-going & responsible. We have no gender preference but only 1 person without pets.

Dealbreakers: racism, misogyny, homophobia, heavy alcohol/drug use, etc… Sadly, the owner of the building doesn’t allow pets.

ABOUT US: ENFP/INFP Creative-types who work a lot. We sincerely get along w/ most people. One works from home but it’s a big enough space w/ enough sound privacy that you could too. The living room has a good set-up for lounging or movies, (we’re unpretentious film buffs) We prefer coffee & tea to alcohol and generally eat healthy. (typically vegetarian but you do you) There is a large room that can be curtained off to double as a private dance/yoga space.
