Hey, my name is Berto. My roommate will be moving out end of May and I’m looking to get another roommate. I live cherry creek which is a great neighborhood in Denver. 15 min from downtown and easy access to everything. Gated complex called Waterford estates. Not sure what your budget is but rent is about $1200ish depending if they decide to raise the rent or not. Looking for someone to renew the lease with me. I stay active, usually never home since I work in office and workout all the time or I’m out playing soccer. I enjoy the outdoors, playing sports, working out, snowboarding etc I’m clean and respectful 2bd 2 bath

You’ll get the master bedroom with huge walk in closet and bathrooms. In unit laundry.

I’m currently a business coordinator in the medical field so that keeps me pretty busy.
