• Spacious commons with furnishings, 2 fridges, sunroom, backyard patio, fire pit, central ac & central heating, in-unit washer/dryer, updated kitchen, utensils pots and pans

Who lives here now:

• Physics phd student, software engineer, assistant store manager ages 23-35 all male sharing the home.

• 2x income to rent. 600+ Credit score, clean backgrounds, no evictions, felonies, or bankruptcies
