About the room
PLEASE READ
We are renting a room in this lovely house in the Rosenberg area. There is currently one female tenant occupying the other room and I only have one room available. There is a shared bathroom which is shown in the pictures.
There have been some renovations in the house such as the carpets being replaced and new kitchen cabinets, so everything will look and feel like a new home.
We offer a 3-month lease with a month-to-month option after the 3 months is over. Each room for rent is priced at $650 per month which includes utilities and high-speed internet. The rooms are unfurnished.

There is currently 1 other female tenant who is occupying the room and the other room is vacant. She is the only person living at the home currently.
