Credit score has to be higher than 650 and income Atleast 40k annually. We spilt the rent 4 ways so the most you’d ever pay is $800 or 900 depending. Anywho we are extremely lgbtq+ friendly, we will not tolerate homophobia in any way or form, we all dabble in ouid so if you’re not comfortable with that this probably isn’t the journey for you. We are very open, we talk, go on trips together, debate, go out together and more. If you aren’t okay with the smell of sage or incense we are not the roommates for you, if you are allergic to cats we are not the roommates for you, if you do not like to clean we are not the roommates for you.
