I have a furnished bedroom or it can be unfurnished bedroom. Comes with comes with a TV, dresser, Ac unit, mini fridge, new mattress, new custom wood bedframe, new rug and new paint. Room is available April 15th in a quite safe neighborhood along with Lots of parking space. And plenty of space to relax in other than being confined to your room.
Benefits; kitchen access, laundry room, full size gym, jacuzzi lounge, game room with pool table, darts and ping pong, two player basketball hoops. Patio with bbq smoker and gas grills. And a second lounge in the very back of the yard. It’s peaceful back there with 2 swings and a fire pit. Stores, restaurants & freeway are all about 2 minutes away driving time and 10 minutes walking. Im Looking for a clean, trustworthy & responsible person for this room. Quiet during the week, and fun on the weekends. I love to cook, im a gamer, I love to work out 💪 do hikes & watch movies during the week and bbq on weekends for the ufc fights, Football or basketball games.. its a extra bonus if your into sports 😉 🏀🏈🎮🥋👊… Ps.
