Tessa's room

Looking for a fourth roommate in Richmond Area, Carver neighborhood. There is a secured house where my best friend currently lives, myself and one other person will be joining, and we just need a fourth! A couple blocks away from VCU campus and right behind the Siegel Center. Utilities are around $100 a month. Lease is from August 1st, (12 month lease). Private room and a shared bathroom with one other girl. Room will be unfurnished, landlord has required that the striped wall remain untouched. Street parking available (no cost to buy a permit). Laundry facilities in-house. Porch area in front and a deck with a small grass backyard. Preferably a female but open to all identities under the age of 28. Please no pets, there will already be a dog and a cat. More pictures will be added soon!

I am a graduating senior from ODU down in Norfolk, easygoing and fun to be around. Also I’m a Libra and try to keep harmony within a house :) I will be working full time in a hybrid position, 2 days in office and 3 days from home. My best friend is 420 friendly and pretty much ready to do anything at any time, a natural Sagittarius of course. Currently attending VCU so if you’re a student y’all can bond over your experiences. The other friend is nonchalant, responsible, and funny (classic Virgo attributes if you ask me lol). Graduating from VCU in May and starting her job search soon! Everyone in the house is 22 currently
