Tim's room

I am looking to rent out a large bedroom, private bathroom and a private office space within my home. The rooms are a-joined and somewhat secluded from the rest of the house. In addition to this private space, the renter would have access to a spacious yard, laundry, a home gym and a 3,000 square foot home in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Northern RI. The home is very close the the highway and ideal for commuters as well - just 10 minutes from Providence.

I am a 38 year old high school teacher who works multiple jobs and is in graduate school for a second master’s degree. In my free time I like to exercise and practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
