the price listed above is assuming the apartment doesn’t raise the rent which they probably will.
The room is nice with a long closet with sliding doors, there’s enough room for a desk and other things as well. It depends on what size bed you have. Our rooms are the same size and I have a queen and I still have moving room but just can’t put many things like a desk because I have a TV stand already and TV. The complex itself is great, there is a gym, 2 pools, they have food truck nights, they often do events for holidays. They are friendly and take any questions concerns or comments seriously. The area is awesome. We are right next to CVS, Ralphs, The Habit, El Pollo Loco, Luna grill, Planet Beauty, and across the street from there, a movie theatre, 24 hour fitness (I think) board and brew, chipotle, trader joes. Lots of stuff. Oh also, we can see the ocean and Catalina island from our kitchen and patio :)

My name is Mackenzie, I am 26 years old and I live with my dog odin. He is 9 years old but has the heart of a puppy. He’s about 50 pounds and he’s a mix. The only downside to moving in with us is that he needs to be the only animal in the home. You’d be moving in with him and I. He barks sometimes and comes off a bit strong but he’s a sweetheart, I promise. I work all day from Friday - Monday and maybe more days if they need me. My job is very draining so I really enjoy my downtime and my space. I listen to music in my room sometimes and play video games, but other than that it’s a quiet household. I have friends over sometimes and you’d obviously do the same. Communication is key
