My roommate and I created a lovely living space here in Arlington, with all the living room furniture and kitchen items already ready to go. But now, she’s moving for work and so the only thing missing from this space is you! This is a private bedroom with large windows and a private bath. The balcony in the living room offers a beautiful view of the Arlington skyline. The building itself is amazing - the management is super on top of things and all my maintenance requests have been handled within hours. My favorite part though has to be the fact that the building connects underground directly to the Crystal City metro station. On cold winter days, you almost never have to step outside to get to work! The building is also RIGHT next to the Mount Vernon Bike Trail, and most days after work I find myself there for a run. The area also has plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

I’d make a great roommate because I am responsible, communicative, and laid back. I like to keep common spaces neat and tidy, and generally am pretty quiet and like to stick to a regular routine. I work as a public affairs officer for NASA and invest most of my attention in my work. My fiance is overseas at the moment, so my social life largely consists of occasionally grabbing weekend drinks with girlfriends. During the week I usually am at the gym after work, and will usually read until bed. I like cooking, hiking, and enjoying a glass of wine. While I don’t need to be best friends with my roommate, I’d totally be down to do any of those things with them from time to time.
