** We have TWO spare rooms upstairs, we’re renting them together as a package with the adjacent bathroom. Its all together on one side of the house so its your own little secluded area, could be a bedroom and sitting room, or one could be a huge closet, or ever storage, whatever you’d like. Its next to the laundry area which is the only place you’d run into one of us unless you wanted to!

There is a dog, and one roommate would be in the master suite upstairs but on the other side of the living room. **

15-20 mins from hamilton mill and buford. even closer than that to braselton.

The neighborhood is nice and quiet, good for taking walks. Theres a lot of yard space and we’re on a cul de sac. The house was renovated two years ago and all the appliances are new.

The price does not include the split electricity/internet/utilities but they shouldnt ever reach over $50 a month.

Theres 3 of us! Me, Kelly and her adult son Zac. Zac and I keep to ourselves in the downstairs part of the house, Kelly is in the master with her dog, Addie, or will be in the living room doing crafts or cleaning usually. We all share the kitchen and the laundry but rarely see each other unless we plan to.

Kelly does smoke but she does it outside away from any living areas.

We would love to have interested parties over so they can see the space and if it will work for them.
