About the room
2 Bed 2 Bath apartment, gated near Ontario Mills, Target and Costco. Very close to the 15 and 10 freeway. We are located on the 1st floor. Parking is available during the day but after 8pm it would be on the street right outside the gate. In unit laundry and own bathroom, walk in closet. All utilities included. Unfortunately no pets as we have 2 cats and 1 small dog.
About the roomies
We are a couple in our late 20s with full times jobs. I am a business owner and work a regular M-F hours. My fiance is a full time student at Cal Poly and works part time as an EMT with random hours. So ideally someone who understands sometime he gets home anywhere between 2am-9am. Please no loud music as he does study at home.
