Room available for rent in 4 bedroom 3 bed house . Rent includes the utilities. You get access to all the shared places in the house . Location is 30 mins drive from Tesla, close access to Walmart, Costco and other grocery stores . Please message me if anyone interested. We prefer a single person. No gender specific. There is a good walking and biking trail right opposite to the house.

We are a married couple, live with our small dog. We both are Engineers and work on regular hours. On weekends we love to hike, travel and chill at home. We are not cleanliness freak but at the same time appreciate it to be maintained at a certain level.
