private bedroom with un-connected bathroom. couples welcome for the same rate, cats okay. no dogs though, one of my two cats is scared of everything!
living room and kitchen will be just as much yours as they are mine as you will need to be added onto the lease through management.
this ad is not for the master but if you’d like the master which is a bit bigger, has a walk in closet, and connected bathroom it would be an extra $200 monthly. there’s also a parking space avaliable. let me know if you’re interested in that, but parking here is too bad.

About the roomies
you’ll be sharing with me and my cats! they’re very sweet, one will love you to death and the other will probably hide most of the time. i work as a driver and in a restaurant so my hours are varying and i often come home late. my #1 thing is communication! if you are willing to just be open to talking then this will go great! i’d love to be friends with you but if you’d rather keep to yourself i understand! :)
