Hi! I’m a neat, friendly, and courteous professional looking for the same. I have a beautiful home in Fire Mountain, an eclectic but quiet hillside neighborhood about 2 miles from the beach. There are ocean and lagoon views throughout the neighborhood. The house is equally as cool as the setting. It’s clean and super cozy. The yard is amazingly green and private, there are definite good vibes here. If you want a place the feels good to come home to, this is worth checking out.

The location is great. Access to the 5 and 78 are close by. Trader Joes, Sprouts, Frazier Farms, Target, and other amenities are inside a mile radius. Carlsbad Village is about 2 miles away.

The room is currently semi furnished- but that can be undone if preferred. The carpet is new and the paint is fresh… it just waiting for the right person.

I work from home until 3pm-ish except weekends. A chill home, good vibes, and healthy lifestyle are important to me. In my free time I workout, climb, and spend time outside the home. You can often find me focused on my business, deeply thinking, or hanging w friends enjoying food and laughs.
