Furnished or unfurnished 141 sq/ft. room with closet in a charming house available for 1-3 months. Dates negotiable, could be slightly more than 3 months if needed. Current tenants are in the process of moving out.

PRIME LOCATION: 6 minute walk to downtown Northampton, Smith College, bus stops, shopping, dining, etc. 5 minute drive to Cooley Dickenson Hospital.

CLEANING SERVICE & UTILITIES INCLUDED: You would only be expected to clean up after yourself, do your dishes etc. but no heavy cleaning. All utilites are included in the rent (Wifi, gas, heat & hot water, trash, electric, etc.).

EXTRA PRIVACY: Only 1 roommate in the other side of the apartment separated by a door, so you have more privacy than a typical roommate situation and half the apartment to yourself most of the time, only the kitchen & bathroom are shared.

There is laundry on site and storage space. Most furnishings in the photos (2 single beds, table, mirror, clothing rack, lamp) can be included or removed as desired, there are some other furnishings available such as a coffee table, chair, TV, and an A/C unit. Quiet street, yard with fire pit, front porch, natural light, lots of trees. Driveway parking available on a first come first serve basis, additional parking on the street. Property is handicap accessible with ramp & walk-in shower.

Quiet house & street, no parties or lots of visitors/extended visitors, no pets or smoking/vaping of any kind on the property. Applicants must complete an application, background & credit check, and sign a month-to-month lease prior to move-in. Credit score must be 600 or above, must have references, proof of income or co-signers.
