Eric's room

4 bedroom house and 2 full bath. Currently have 2 tenants to share 1 bathroom and other bathroom for family living in the house couple and adult son. House have a swimming pool, free use of kitchen if needed. All utilities included in rent.

Everyone living in the house are professionals and all working full time. Quiet and keep to themselves. Stays in their rooms all the time unless they cook, use the bathroom or leave the house. No drama.
