By car it’s an easy 7 minute drive to historic Downtown Annapolis with vibrant night life, shops, restaurants,the US Naval Academy and St. John’s College. Just a 5 minute drive to Navy Marine Corps Stadium. Neighborhood is located with easy access to Rt. 50 & 97 for hassle free commute to D.C. & Baltimore. Truxtun Park has 12 fabulous new outdoor tennis & pickle ball courts, grass athletic fields, public boat & kayak launch, and a beautiful, brand new public pool. The park also has lots of wooded & waterfront walking/jogging paths along Spa Creek. The Pip Moyer Rec Center has an indoor jogging track, excellent gym & indoor/outdoor basketball courts. The studio apartment is located in the rear basement of my Annapolis townhouse and has a sunny, fenced in yard w/ private entrance to come and go as you please. The apartment has a small but well appointed kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Keurig machine, microwave, 4 burner electric cook top, and a Cuisinart toaster oven. The living area has abundant storage space with 2 large closets plus a smaller third closet, as well as several built in storage cabinets and shelves. The full-size platform bed also accommodates storage underneath. The studio has access to the shared basement laundry room which we keep clean and tidy. It is shared with me and my roommate (all total, including you, there will be 3 people using the laundry area). My roommate and I are both female working professionals. Laundry has full size ironing board & iron. Utilites are included with rent (Wifi, cable, heat, A/C, water etc.) and also includes a once per month cleaning service (mandatory). No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises. Bed linens, bath towels, & kitchen basics are all included. The bed linens & towels can be stored away if you prefer to bring your own. My roommate and I are both female working professionals. I am the home owner, born & raised in Annapolis, have 2 adorable dogs (1 medium/1 small) that I share custody with my sister. Although the dogs mainly live with her, there will be times when they will stay with me. They are not allowed to go downstairs so will never be in the basement area. I’m very low key, honest, down to earth, friendly, clean, love the outdoors, old movies, music, and good food!
