If you want your own private bathroom, enjoy saving money on rent, don’t have much stuff and are clean and don’t mind sharing common areas (kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard)…..this is The space for you! The space would be best for one person. Looking for a year lease. Utilities (and high speed Internet) are included in the rent price. Kitchen has been updated with soft close cabinets and granite countertops, 36 inch fridge with plenty of space!

We currently have a spoiled well behaved pup and sadly aren’t looking for another one at the time. We are very clean, quiet, and the definition of great roommates. We don’t mind sharing our kitchen stuff. If you think you’d be a good fit please reach out, we’d love to get to know you!

About us- One roommate works as an officer in the Air Force and the other is an HR professional who works from home. We take our careers seriously and like to keep our space clean and organized.

We are looking for an individual who shares similar interests to us. Finding the right person is the most important factor. Also if you would like to talk to current roommate we can make that work.
