Madison's room

The room I would say leans on the smaller size, has a large closet, and big 2-pane window that gets a lot of sunlight! This is a ground floor apartment, though the bedroom windows are not accessible from the road which definitely provides some peace of mind. W/D not in unit, but there is a communal laundry room.

The apartment is smaller, square footage wise, though it has an open floor plan that feels spacious. Again, a lot of natural light. It is found in a small, quiet apartment building off of NE Broadway - walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, and a huge Fred Meyer. It is a great location for those who bike or commute via public transit! Street parking is free.

The location is also pretty central, in terms of working in NE/ SE/ or downtown. About a 15 minute drive in each direction and just five minutes off of I-5!

Your roommates are myself, my dog mia who is sweet, old, and snuggly, and a kitten named Nigel. This is not an allergy friendly home! We are at capacity for animals.

If that all sounds good so far, hello! My name is Madison. I am originally from Portland, and am a rather outgoing, goofy, caring person. I like to keep shared spaces clean and like to have a roommate situation that is more communal (ie, roomie dinners, hanging out a little, helping each other with things) but I also respect the need for solitude and privacy. I am passionate about social justice, politics, animals, mental health, and community.
