Private bedroom less than 5 minutes from Duke and less than 10 from downtown Durham!

The place isn’t huge but for a 2 bedroom apartment there’s tons of closet space and it’s laid out really well. It’s in a really safe student apartment complex, and the location is really killer. There’s a ton of restaurants really close by and it’s right beside virtually anything in Durham. It can potentially be furnished too if you’re interested in that!

My name is Luke and I recently graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in neuroscience. I’m currently working at Duke University Hospital to gain patient care experience.

I usually keep the place fairly clean, but I’m not a clean freak or anything. As long as there’s not dishes or personal items all over the place, it’s cool with me. If you want to keep it really clean that’s also fine, we can definitely make that work.
