Right in the heart of the Montclair neighborhood in Denver CO, this house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious sunroom, a great sized, backyard as well as a 2 car garage. We’re located about 30 to 50 minutes from the mountains (depending on which mountains) and about 15 minutes from downtown Denver. There are endless things to do in the area, all just under an hour away.

I’m currently living in the room that has its own bathroom just outside of it, but I’m moving out at the end of April for work. The other two roommates, Josh(male) and Chandler(female) as well as her sweet husky Luna are very hospitable, cleanly, and responsible and have been great to live with over the last several months. Because I’m moving out before the lease is up, you’ll be entering into a 2 month lease term with the option to renew or move out at the end of June. Utilities and wifi are not included with rent.
