The apartment enjoys a lot of natural light, and proximity to the Berkeley Bowl and Ashby BART.

I work long hours, so you’ll have the place to yourself for a lot of the time.

I’ve lived there for 7 years now, so it’s got the living room and kitchen pretty well set up, but I’m entirely happy to make room for your things.

I’m a 33 year old cook who works in San Francisco. I like to keep things pretty low-key around the apartment, but I’ll go out on my weekends. I have guests sometimes, and others are welcome to as well. I don’t want it to be a crazy party house, but it’ll be your space to use as well as mine.

In brief, I’m looking for a calm, stress-free environment where we can both feel safe and relaxed after busy days.
