Very big room available in a house to rent (minimum 6 months); lease can start now or anytime in March or April. You have will have your own private bathroom and large walk-in closet. Comes furnished or unfurnished. The house is conveniently located 10 minutes away from downtown, University of Arizona, Pima community college and Saint Mary’s hospital. Note that the utilities will be shared and divided in 3, includes electricity and internet - landlord pays for water.

This is for one person only. Two other roomies live presently in the house. I am a professional traveling often. We are easy going and calm but also social. You would be welcome to join us!
