The master bedroom is available in this ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Covered parking is available. Walking distance from 3 grocery stores and a library. The community has a gym and 3 pools that were actually open last summer. Utilities are calculated by the apartment complex and added to rent. Electricity and internet are billed separately.

I am a 32yo enby and my elderly, disabled cat is aggressively affectionate and will scream at you for treats and pets. I smoke cartridges inside and weed outside. I have a bookshelf that remains in the common space because it doesn’t fit in my room. There will be a couch and two chairs in the living room but no other furniture in the common space.
