Private room in lake Elsinore, comes with private bathroom. Access to laundry room upstairs. Community has a small park and a lot of street parkingand is private. Home very close to downtown, lots of restaurants, and right next to the 15 freeway! Our home is brand new (build 2022) so it’s beautiful and you get to decorate your room as it comes unfurnished !

We are a young professional couple that works a lot. We are mostly at work during the day. We have no kids just one small yorkie, tortoise, and some birds. They are all kept downstairs. We are very amicable, friendly, clean, and respectful, looking for someone who shares the same qualities.
