Perfect for Gonzaga or SCC students. 4 Bed 1 Bath house, blocks from Spokane Community College and only 1.5 miles from Gonzaga University. Room being rented is decent size, but youre basically renting the basement of the house, (the second room isnt as nice as the one but would be good for storage or chill room. Being a first time buyer Im slowly trying to upgrade and freshen up, definitely not gonna win any HGTV awards, but definitely could be much worse. Shared bathroom with tub and shower and plenty of separated cabinet space. Full but cozy kitchen. Washer and dryer work. Good sized backyard with a small concrete patio. Street parking. Steps away from Spokane River and Centennial Trail. I-90 only a mile-ish away.

I am a first time buyer looking to spread the load on my payments. Im a truck driver and work 4-2 roughly, so my bedtime is roughly 8-9pm. I am a gearhead, so most of my time is spend tinkering in the garage. I like getting out in the outdoors, biking, hiking etc. I aint much of a cook, so if cooking is a hobby, feel free to apply. Cleaning and chores will be split. I am a non smoker, no drugs, and no pets for now. Im not a heavy drinker but dont mind a beer or two after work and on weekends. Im a more solo quiet kinda person, so there wont be many people coming and going, but im open to a party here and there. Looking for a clean and organized and solid roommate.
