Hello everyone,

I am looking for two people to take over the lease for a property that I rent in West Philly ( Wiota St.) starting in December or January. I am a first year resident at Penn Medicine and a PennMed graduate. I have lived in the penthouse for the past 3.5 years with two other medical professionals and love the place. Unfortunately, one of my current roommates is relocating for work elsewhere so we are looking for one person to take over their lease.

Apartment:

It is a 2-floor penthouse with 3 very spacious Bedrooms, 3 full Bathrooms (one for each person), an amazing kitchen, a large living room with lots of light, a study space, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a roof top patio with a great view of the city. We also recently setup a home gym with a couple of equipment. There is 1 room available. The room is on the second floor. It is very large and has substantial closet space and natural light.

Location:

Within a 15-20 min walk to the Penn campus and as well as the Drexel campus. 10 min walk to ACME. 3 min walk to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. There is easy access to the subway and Septa buses.

Cost:

Rent is $880 (includes water) + utilities ($34 for internet and electricity/heating varies between $30 - $80 in any given month depending on usage).
