Andrew's room

I have 2 rooms to pick from, one is already furnished and another one is not. House is 12 minutes from PBI, 12 minutes to downtown, 15 to the beach, 5 minutes to the tri-rail train station or 15 minute walk. A lot of room for parking, big back yard, very safe, all utilities included. Ask me about the rooms available.

I’m a very easy going person, always positive and happy, don’t like drama, respect/honesty are very important to me, understanding, professional, business man, don’t like drugs, social drinker, clean and organized. I’m a very hard working person and I’m very social. Love good friends and family and I have good values in life. I stay away from unhappy angry people so if you are someone that is ALWAYS and a bad mood or cranky this is not a place for you. Need good, positive, happy people in my life and living together this must be a MUST.
