Room with a private bathroom in a newly remodeled house available for rent for one person with good credit history, references, and proof of income required. Available for rent starting May 15th. Seeking professional young woman who is respectful of our shared space (kitchen, living room, yard). Neighborhood is very quiet and safe (house on a cul-de-sac) and great for taking walks outside. Wifi included in rent, but electric and gas are shared. Washer and Dryer in the house and available to use. Driveway available for parking, however there is plenty of street space as well. Currently month-to-month lease, but hopefully will have someone stay for at least a year. 10 min from CSUMB, 9 min from NPS, 6 min from Montage Medical Group at Ryan Ranch.

I am a 29 year old female working in healthcare full time. I will be getting a puppy in the next couple of months, so renter must be okay with dogs.
