For rent is the finished basement in a duplex. You will have a private bedroom with double closets, mostly private bathroom and your own living space. The kitchen will be shared on the main level. All utilities will be included in the rent. There is a large backyard and the home is very close to trails that go up to the “A” or connect with Spring Creek and Horsetooth Falls/Soderberg Open Space trails if you’re extra motivated.

There is also lots of open space nearby (where Hughes Stadium used to be), as well as a frisbee golf course.

If you’re needing access to public transportation, or are a CSU student/employee, the nearest bus lines would be the 2 & 32 and pick up maybe 1/2 mile from the home.

The home already has 2 dogs residing here and will, unfortunately, not be able to allow any further pets at this time. It is also not 420 friendly.

I am a 31 year old female professional. I am the only other individual that will be residing in the home. I do work full time and my schedule tends to fall later in the day. If you are a light sleeper and/or an early riser, this may not be a good fit for you. I am a bit of an introvert, and don’t often have company over, so it is typically a pretty quiet home. I enjoy reading, puzzles, arts & crafts, and dabble with video games sometimes. I don’t drink often and don’t partake in drugs (legal or otherwise).

I do have 2 dogs. One is a 7 year old mixed breed (paperwork labels her a lab mix) and a 17 year old shih tzu. They will have the run of the two upper floors, so you will likely have at least some interaction with them (just a PSA in case of any allergies or fear of dogs). I may occasionally have to watch my parent’s dog, so there may very rarely be a 3rd dog in the home.
