Angelica's room

This is a private room. It’s unfurnished but you have a private restroom on the same floor next to the room. Washer and dryer are in unit + all utilities included. You have 1 parking spot available to you. It’s downtown San Bernardino area, not too far from the college. It’s 3 story townhouse. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor. We rarely use the kitchen or living room, mostly use the place to sleep.

Condo will be shared with myself, my daughter, and boyfriend. My daughters room is also on the second floor but she sleeps with us on the 3rd floor. We’re gone most of the day at work and school and would be open to sharing this unit with a nice easy going person.
