This is a studio, you have your own private entrance. Your own restroom, bath tub and shower. Your own kitchen comes with a stove…. the back yard is shared… we are looking for someone that we feel comfortable with so everything is negotiable with us… it all bills included, you also have free wifi and free directv…… pictures to come this weekend as current tenants will be out by then…. if you have any questions feel free to ask either myself or my wife will respond asap
About the roomies
We are a small family who lives in the main house. It is a very calm area and nice area. We do have a dog how sleeps inside our house but during the day it is in the backyard, it is very friendly and playful.
