One spacious, well-lit, unfurnished bedroom and private bath available in a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Washer and dryer are located within the unit as is a full kitchen, living space, quaint dining area and very chill roommate. Additional amenities include a rooftop patio and outdoor barbeque space with grills and a seating area.
The condo is a 10-minute walk to the Fort Totten metro for easy access to the red, yellow and green lines. Bus access readily available in several different nearby locations. Walking distance to several restaurants and stores including La Coop, Timber Pizza, Jackie Lee’s, Yes Organic, Walmart, and CVS.
Rent is $1250 a month plus utilities which equal roughly $100/month. I am looking for a year lease (with the option to extend).
About the roomies
I am a mid-career professional in her 30s who works from home. I am pretty laid back and obsessed with fitness. Also quiet, clean, and respectful of those with whom I reside. I don’t have any pets but am open to having one around if it’s house trained.
