Restored and tastefully designed, the living room area is host to a Baby-grand piano player, fireplace and Smart TV/ Fios. There’s a well-equipped kitchen, outdoor living area, fire-pit, charcoal and gas grill, pet friendly fenced yard. Plush, furnished bedroom, bar, fireplace, fridge, microwave and Smart Tv Fios/Wi-Fi. Access to business center with pc and fax/copy/ printer. Minutes to MARC train (BWI into DC), AA MLB Baysox stadium, Six Flags. You must love dogs, Bruno, my Cane Corso loves to be loved.

For those who love to cook, feel free to let me know if you’d like the kitchen all to yourself at anytime. Or, if you love to barbecue, enjoy our outdoor living area that offers a comfy seating area with fire-pit, dining area and both a charcoal and gas grill. Hang out in the spacious fenced yard, play corn hole, volleyball, badminton , roast marshmallows in the firepit. Bring your fur babies along and if they like big friendly dogs, Bruno is here to play. Retire to the plush comfortable bedroom with private bath, Smart Tv featuring Verizon Fios and Wi-Fi. Bring along your favorite beverage/mixes as there is a fully equipped private bar in the Huntington En’suite. There is a closet with dresser, small fridge and microwave. Around town, catch a AA MLB Oriole game in the Bowie Baysox stadium. Up for a rollercoaster, Six Flags is minutes away. Catch the Marc train and head to the middle of D.C. for a day of site-seeing or entertainment. On weekends you’ll sometimes hear music from the live band playing outdoors at the Old Town Grille, just a block away.

I’m a 54 yr old lady who lives alone with my dog, Bruno . I’m quiet and work from home. My bedroom is 2 floors down in the back of the house. The guest rooms are 2 floors up in the front of the house. I’m a people person who also enjoys my solitude. There is $300 refundable pet deposit.
