You will get a private room in a 3 bedroom apartment. It comes fully Furnished and you get your own private bathroom plus a walk in closet the biggest in the unit. There is a balcony but it shared with the other roommate. The place comes with washer and dryer. The complex itself has a gym, basketball court, 24hr computer lab, swimming pool, and a sand volleyball court. You’ll also be in walking distance from Texas State.

You will have 2 female roommates, Nicole and Lexy. Nicole is an introverted person at first but extroverted and supper funny person once you get to know her. She comes with 2 cats Rain and Cardboard (playboi carti). She’s organized and clean and overall a good person. Lexy is chill and cannabis friendly, she can be a little messy but can pick up after herself. She’s overall a great roommate as well.
