Have a double wide on 13acres, have livestock but don’t have to deal with them unless you are okay too. Do have chickens that free range. And a dog that does come inside sometimes (he is beyond friendly). And cats that live outside but come around the house. Have a room that’s furnished and will have free range of living room/kitchen. Right now do have to share bathroom only for me to shower, fixing my shower in my bathroom asap. Will negotiate rent if want to help around farm. Thanks

41yo female, no one else lives here. And request tenant not to have anyone over unless you really know them/or partner…..meaning don’t need random people here. I keep to myself and don’t have people/partying things at the house. Thanks! :)
