Room for rent in High Point. (Emerywood area) I’m quiet, considerate, responsible, and friendly. Looking for the same. This is a month-to-month rental for one person. There will be a total of two people residing here. No overnight guests. Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month that you will be staying. This includes internet access and all utilities. Beautiful and clean home. Shared bathroom. Full use of the common areas. Room is rented unfurnished. On-street parking. I will take care of all the yard work and cleaning of the common areas. The room has 3 large windows and two closets. Easy walk to hospitals, medical complexes, the Rockers Stadium and the soon to be opening, Stock and Grain. Excellent location for medical personnel or Furniture Market attendees. There is a lot to do around here. Great place to walk and enjoy what is rumored to have been a botanical garden many years ago. I have one inquisitive and friendly feline. Sorry no additional pets. No cigarette smokers, please. It makes me sneeze!

Must have stable income and references. The required credit and background check is done through TransUnion. There is a fee of $24.99 that is paid directly to them by the prospective tenant. I’m not young anymore, well maybe at heart. However I’m certainly not old. I can get along with just about anyone. I’d prefer to rent to a medical professional since this area is in need of housing. This is not set in stone. Move in dates may be flexible.
