Amy's room

Private room in a new-built residential house. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the place is in a 10-min walk to Downtown Carrollton/DART; a 10-min drive to H-mart and great restaurants. It is 15-20 min driving to DFW or Love Field airports. There is a gorgeous cycling trail behind our house for a leisure walk or an easy excercise. “A room with a view” is a private room in a newly built 2-story house. The main floor is all common area - with an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with large windows and lots of light. The room is on 2nd floor accessed via a carpeted staircase. The room houses an Ikea bed frame with Zinus memory foam Queen mattress. You will have your own mini refrigerator inside the room for your convenience. There is a mini coffee bar in front of the room with Keurig coffee maker, coffee and a selection of tea. We also have extra blankets available for your comfort.

We are a family of 4 (kiddos are toddler-age). The room you rent is private room which will be shared with the other tenant in the other room.
