West 141st Street

Hi, my boyfriend and I are looking for a new roommate in June. Our house is a really nice location in Olathe. Only about 15 minutes from Overland Park/Shawnee Mission. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. We also have the third bedroom set up as an office space. There is a nice deck and fenced yard. The basement is also finished. We have lots of furniture so most of the house is furnished already. The house is managed by Conrex Property Management, so you will have to apply through them but the process is easy and the fees aren’t too bad.

We are pretty chill and can keep to ourselves, but we aren’t against hanging out on the couch. I am a student and work full-time and my boyfriend works full time as well. I also love to cook, so I’d be happy to make extra. We have a Great Dane and two cats. We are hoping to interview some roommates before April 22 when we have to let out property management know whether we are renewing our lease.
