Base level apartment located in a nice area of Lake Oswego. Washer and dryer in unit. A couple of food spots literally across the street (Aji Tram, and Deno’s Pizza), and just down the road from an Albertsons. The property has only about 10 apartments so it is not a maze. I have never had an issue with parking, due to the small number of apartments, you never have to fight for spaces.

Rent Breakdown (Your half): $747.50 - Base rent + flat fee for water $29 - Internet (Xfinity) ~ $30-$55 - PGE (varies depending on usage)

I had a friend room with me and he is moving to Salem. I am hoping to find someone to fill the other room. It is not my property, therefore you would have to get put on the lease with me. I have already paid the security deposit.

The room would not be furnished! The photos are of my room currently. This would be your room, and I would switch to the other room. The apartment is pretty much furnished altogether, so there is no need for extra furniture for the most part.

I do have a dog that stays with my ex but I will have him occasionally but not often, so bear that in mind. He’s a Husky/German Shepard named Loki.

I am 27 and currently a private caregiver in Lake Oswego and also finishing up my last couple of terms at PSU. I am pretty easy going and get along with most people. I am not OCD but have respect for where I live and like to keep things moderately clean. I love hiking and the outdoors! If I’m not working or studying, that’s what I’m generally doing or where I am. I drink occasionally and like to have fun. I’d like the idea of becoming friends with whoever lives here but it’s not necessary.
