Single bedroom in 2Br1Ba condo on the East side (near West St. and Arrowhead). Uncovered parking or you can apply for a covered space with management. Washer, drier, and dishwasher in unit. Small paved backyard with flower beds. Wood burning fireplace and cozy vibes. The place is small but I don’t have a lot of belongings, so there’s decent storage. You can also rent one of the sheds in the parking lot.

There is a $50 app fee that covers your background and credit check. Utilities are split in half - usually around $85 ea. in the winter (and less in the summer). 1 year lease and the deposit is refundable. If you have to end the lease, it’s pretty simple - you just have to arrange a lease takeover (with my approval of the new tenant).

The bedroom in the photo would be yours and empty - I don’t have any pictures of it vacant, sorry! It’s about 100 square feet.

I’m Storrie :) I live with my tiny dog, Lofi. She doesn’t get along with big or excitable dogs, but is great with cats and small/ very calm pets. I work from home 8:30-5 on weekdays and my desk is in the living room. I’m easygoing and communicative, looking for a tidy and responsible roommate that wants to hang out sometimes and make this house a home. I don’t mind having company over as long as your guests are chill! I also don’t smoke much and don’t mind if you do, as long as it’s outside.

Heads up I’m a bit of a neat freak and need someone who picks up after themselves. Dishes in the sink is a big one for me, we have a dishwasher for a reason lol. My standard is “everything has a place and everything is in its place”. I will probably ask if I can organize your things that are stored in the common storage spaces. Cluttered cabinets makes me wanna barf lol. I also deep clean once a month - baseboards, dusting, mopping, yard cleanup, windows, etc. And I vacuum and clean counters and mirrors once a week. I don’t mind if you don’t participate in this, but I appreciate those who do.

PS: My current roommate is moving to Tucson and is taking the living room furniture and decorations. If you have that stuff, there’s space for it. Otherwise I’ll buy some new things and revamp the feng shui. Probably going for a boho sleek vibe lol. Just let me know!
